The Company has granted most of these lands and buildings and offices on leave and license basis to other companies. Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited (KFIL) is the subsidiary of the Company. KFIL is engaged in the business of manufacturing of iron castings and has its manufacturing facilities located at Bevinahalli Village in Karnataka and Solapur in Maharashtra.
