Krynicki Recykling SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the glass waste management sector. The Company provides domestic glass foundries and other producers with recycled glass used in the manufacture of packaging materials. The Company's main customers include local authorities and enterprises, as well as landfill managers and other waste management companies. Krynicki Recykling SA collects four kinds of crushed glass material: white, brown, green and colored. In addition, it is involved in the distribution of recycling licenses. In September 2013, the Company sold its all shares in Lithuanian Glass Recycling UAB, which represent 50% stake in LGR. In December 2013, the Company established new wholly owned subsidiaries, Krynicki Glass Recycling OU, Estonia and UAB Krynicki Glass Recycling, Lithuania.
