LILAMA 45.3 Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the construction and engineering industry. It is involved in construction of industrial and manufacturing buildings, infrastructures, cement plants, electricity plants, power transmission systems, transformer stations and other civil structures. The Company provides installation services of building equipment and machinery, land clearing services, interior decorating services and engineering services. It also designs, manufactures and installs high pressure pipes and tanks, steel structures and industrial equipment for oil refinery plants and other industrial structures. As of December 31, 2012, the Company was a 51%-owned subsidiary of LILAMA Corporation.
