The Bank is engaged in the provision of banking and financial services through its head office and two branches in the Melhus municipality, as well as two branches in the city of Trondheim, Norway. Its primary customers are private households, farms and small and medium-sized enterprises, construction and transport industry. The Bank's services include savings and checking accounts, payment mediation services, credit cards, mortgages, personal loans, life and asset insurance, investment funds, investments transactions and pension services. As of December 31, 2011, the Bank had one subsidiary, namely Melhus Sparebank Eiendom AS, which was engaged in the real estate property development and operations. As of December 31, 2011, the Bank owned 2.8% shares of Terra-Gruppen, a strategic alliance for independent Norwegian banks.
