MiCo Ltd., formerly KoMiCo Ltd., is a Korea-based company engaged in the semiconductors parts cleaning and manufacturing business. The Company operates in three divisions: cleaning division, providing precision cleaning services for semiconductors, light emitting diode (LED) and organic light emitting diode (OLED), as well as coating services such as thermal spray coating, anodizing, super oxide coating and others; component division, providing electrostatic chunk (ESC), heaters, and other consumable components used in the semiconductor manufacturing process, and other division, providing probe cards for wafer testing, blood glucose meters and others. On July 9, 2013, the Company divested its RnC business into a newly established wholly owned subsidiary. On November 27, 2013, it sold a certain shares of a Korea-based company engaged in the precision cleaning and coating business.
