Nutriplant Industria e Comercio SA (Nutriplant) is a Brazil-based company primarily engaged in the production, import, export and sale of micronutrients and intermediate products for fertilizers. The Company divides its business into two segments: FTE, which includes micronutrients in the form of powder or granulated, and Foliar Micronutrients, which comprise soluble inorganic salts in solid form or in concentrated solutions. It operates one industrial complex placed in Paulinia, in the Brazilian state of Sao Paulo, which is composed of one factory of soil micronutrients and one production plant of foliar micronutrients. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had the capacity to produce approximately 55,000 tons of micronutrients per year. As of May 31, 2012, the Company's major shareholder was Tripto Participacoes Ltda.
