Paynova AB. Paynova AB is a Sweden-based company specialized in the provision of Internet-based payment solutions for online merchants. The Company offers an international service for payments over the Internet by providing an electronic wallet that can handle multi-currency payments. Additionally, the Company offers a Paynova Fraud Prevention service, which monitors online transactions; a Profile Payment service, which enables payment through mobile Internet and call centers, among others, and a Merchant Service online interface, which allows to access the data regarding client's transactions. The Company's client base includes SAS, Lotus Travel and King.com, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had two wholly owned subsidiaries, namely Paynova TOI AB and Global Product Management LLC. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's largest shareholder was SIX SIS AG, which held 9.9% shares. In October 2013, it acquired license for Chinova's e-commerce platform.
