Petrolinvest SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the distribution of liquid gas and crude oil. It sells bottled gas, propane for heating purposes, as well as autogas. It operates through a network of numerous stations and container installations with liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) located across Poland. The Company's main suppliers are refineries from Lithuania, Belarus, Russia, Finland, Norway, Germany and the Czech Republic. It also provides gas shipping and reloading services, operating its own fleet of railway tank trucks. Petrolinvest SA is also involved in the oil and gas field development. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated through six subsidiaries based in the United States, Kazakhstan, Poland and Lithuania. As of March 1, 2012, the Company acquired a 48% stake in Eco Energy 2010 SKA a 48% stake in Eco Energy 2010 Sp. z o.o. Petrolinvest SA owns currently an 88% stake in both companies. On May 6, 2013, the Company sold a 50% stake in TOO Company Profit.
