On April 8, 2014, the Company announced that it has acquired 60% stake in Vietnam Petroleum Logistics Services Joint Stock Co. On June 3, 2014, the Company announced the establishment of its subsidiary named Petroleum High Technology Products Distribution Joint Stock Company.
