Prochnik SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the design, manufacture and distribution of men's clothes for the domestic and foreign markets. The Company produces coats, jackets, suits and other apparel made of such fabrics as wool and synthetic fibers. Finished products are retailed through a network of the Company's stores, including outlet stores, warehouses and licensed dealers. It also sells its products in the wholesale trade. Prochnik SA's core foreign markets are Germany and Russia. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had one Polish subsidiary: Prochnik-Moda sp. z o.o. as well as two abroad: Prochnik Ukraina sp. z o.o. (Ukraine) and Prochnik Moda sp. z o.o. (the Russian Federation). In February 12, 2013 it acquired 100% shares of Rage Age International Holding Ltd. On December 31, 2013, the Company merged with its subsidiary Equity Doctors sp. z o.o.
