Puerto de Lirquen SA is a Chile-based company engaged in the operations of two piers located in the Lirquen and San Antonio ports, regions of Biobio and Valparaiso, respectively. The Company comprises such activities as stockpiling yards, warehouses, sheds, workshops, management building and common areas, among others. The Company also operates a fleet of bulk handling equipment, which comprises mobile cranes, reach stackers, port trucks and forklift cranes. It offers multiple logistic services, including loading and unloading of containers and break bulk cargo. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Puerto Central SA, Portuaria Lirquen SA, Depositos Portuarios Lirquen SA and Portuaria Sur de Chile SA. In addition, Minera Valparaiso SA was the Company's majority shareholder with 58.3% of its interest.
