The Company is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of noodles, vermicelli, macaroni, spring roll wrappers and other starch-based products for instant consumption purposes. It is also involved in the operations of gasoline stations and restaurants, along with the provision of warehouses for lease. In addition, the Company is engaged in the trading of food products, agricultural products, fabric, garment products, metals, home appliances, home furnishings, construction materials, cosmetic products, office stationeries, instant drinks and others. As of December 31, 2012, the Company was a 51.3%-owned subsidiary of Vietnam Southern Food Corporation (VINAFOOD II).
