S&C Engine Group Limited, formerly China Engine Group Limited, is a holding company based in Hong Kong, China. Through its subsidiaries, the Company provides three categories of products: motorcycles, lawn mowers and gears. Its motorcycles are supplied to China's domestic and overseas areas. The lawn mowers aim at middle-class families in Australia and Europe. Its gears are mainly supplied to China's domestic manufacturers of automobiles and motorcycles. It also provides product related components. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had six subsidiaries. On August 31, 2011, the Company established a wholly owned subsidiary, engaged in the manufacture of gear sets for motor gearboxes. On November 27, 2013, it completed the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary in China, engaged in real estate management and land development.
