The SILEX technology, licensed to GE-Hitachi Global Laser Enrichment LLC in the U.S., is in the engineering development stage. Co. also has an interest in a semiconductor technology known as cREO through its ownership of subsidiary Translucent Inc. The cREO technology is licensed to IQE Plc based in the U.K. Translucent Inc. has developed Rare Earth Oxides (REO) for application to the manufacturing of devices in the semiconductor, digital communications and power electronics industries.
