Skue Sparebank. Skue Sparebank, formerly known as Nes Prestegjelds Sparebank, is a Norway-based regional bank. In October 2013, the Company, as the acquirer, merged with Hol Sparebank. It operates through offices located in Nesbyen, Drammen, Fla, Gol, Nore, as well as in the Uvdal and Sigdal municipalities. The Bank's services include savings accounts, checking accounts, payment mediation services, credit cards, mortgages, personal loans, life assurance, asset insurance, investment funds, investments transaction services, pension services and economic consulting services. Its primary customers are private households and medium-sized enterprises. As of December 31, 2011, the Bank had one direct wholly owned subsidiary, Nes Eiendom AS, as well as indirectly owned Naeringstunet AS. As of December 31, 2011, it held 1.78% shares of Terra-Gruppen A/S, a strategic alliance for small and medium-sized independent Norwegian banks.
