It is also involved in the development and operation of small and medium-sized hydropower plants, along with electricity trading. In addition, it provides drilling services, as well as trades materials, supplies and equipment for the construction industry. During the year ended December 31, 2012, 81.4% of the Company's revenue came from construction and industrial manufacturing activities. As of December 31, 2012, the Company was a subsidiary of Song Da Corporation, and it had one subsidiary and one affiliate. The Company has divested all of its stakes in its affiliate, Song Da 505 Joint Stock Company, from August 26, 2013 to August 30, 2013.
