Book and Educational Equipment Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the manufacture and trading of school equipment and supplies. It is also involved in the printing and trading of textbooks and other educational publications. The Company also trades office furniture, toys, computers and computer peripherals. In addition, it provides elementary and secondary education services, as well as vocational training services. During the year ended December 31, 2012, 61.53% of its net revenue came from the sale of educational equipment. As of December 31, 2012, the Company was a subsidiary of Vietnam Education Publishing House, and it had two subsidiaries, along with three branches.
