Tway Holdings Inc. T'way Holdings Incorporation is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of prestressed high strength concrete (PHC) piles. Its PHC business produces and sells PHC piles used as construction materials for housings, high-speed railroads, canals and others. It was also engaged in the theme park business, which operated architecture museum theme parks in Bucheon under the brand name Aiins World. On February 25, 2013, the Company divested its theme park business into a newly established wholly owned subsidiary. On March 27, 2013, the Company held a 53.54% stake in Tway Air Co., Ltd. On November 28, 2013, it transferred its entire shares of a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the operations of theme park and pleasure ground.
