Vegetable Oil Packing JSC. Vegetable Oil Packing Joint Stock Company (VMPACK) is a Vietnam-based manufacturer of containers. The Company manufactures and trades carton containers and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles for food companies. Its clients include milk manufacturers, vegetable oil manufacturers and seafood processing companies, as well as craft manufacturers. It also offers commercial printing services of packagings and manufactures plastic caps and stoppers for bottles. In addition, the Company trades supplies, materials and equipment for the packaging manufacturing industry. During the year ended December 31, 2012, 85.89% of its net revenue came from sale of carton containers. As of December 31, 2012, the Company was 44.16%-owned Vietnam Vegetable Oils Industry Corporation (VOCARIMEX).
