VIA Holdings is a holding company mainly engaged in food services. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in the operation of direct restaurants and franchise restaurants providing yakitori (Japanese barbecue chicken), okonomiyaki (Japanese pancake), sashimi (raw fish slice), yakiniku (Japanese-style barbecue), as well as Chinese and western food including pasta. Co's principal restaurants include "Bincho Ohgiya," "Pastel," "Steak House Matsuki," "Soki Tei," "Oven Tei," "Bella Bella," "Beniton," "Bochi Bochi," "Uoya Iccho," "Ichigen," "Beverly," "Tsurukamedo" and "Pasta More." As of Mar 31 2017, Co. maintains total of 553 restaurants including 75 franchise restaurants throughout Japan.
