The types of properties that Co. finance include residential houses, small multi-family residential properties comprised of six or fewer units, residential apartment buildings, mixed-use residential apartments and store-front properties, investment properties, residential and commercial land development sites and construction projects. Co. also invests in short term bridge financing for real estate developers.

Lake Resources is engaged in mineral exploration in Pakistan.
Skyharbour Resources is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and evaluation of mineral resource properties in Canada. Co. is primarily a junior exploration company with no revenues from mineral producing operations. Activities include the process of exploring its mineral properties, reviewing and subsequently acquiring new mineral properties and conducting exploration programs to determine whether these properties contain ore reserves that are economically recoverable.
White Rock Minerals is engaged in the gold, silver and copper exploration and development in the New England Belt of northern New South Wales.
