Co. invests in mortgages secured by all types of residential, multi-residential and commercial real property located in Canada, subject to compliance with its investment policies. The types of properties that Co. finance include residential houses, small multi-family residential properties comprised of six or fewer units, residential apartment buildings, mixed-use residential apartments and store-front properties, investment properties, residential and commercial land development sites and construction projects. Co. also invests in short term bridge financing for real estate developers.
Aurora Cannabis is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of resource properties, primarily in Canada.

Co. is engaged in the exploration and development of minerals including copper, gold, silver, other base metals and uranium; and the acquisition and development of mineral tenements. Co.'s copper/gold projects include the Bluebell and De Soto projects, which are located in Yavapai county, AZ, the U.S., and the San Marcos project, also located in Arizona. Additionally, Co.'s uranium projects include the Rio Puerco project in New Mexico, the U.S.
