Dėl AB „Ignitis grupė“ ketinimo sudaryti 224 mln. eurų kredito linijų sutartis

AB „Ignitis grupė“ (toliau – Grupė) informuoja, kad 2022 m. rugpjūčio 16 d. Grupės valdyba pritarė ketinimui sudaryti 150 mln. eurų kreditavimo sutartį (toliau – Sutartis su SEB) su AB SEB banku ir AS SEB Pank bei 74 mln. eurų kredito linijos sutartį (toliau – Sutartis su OP) su OP Corporate Bank plc Lietuvos filialu.

Kredito linijos bus skirtos Grupės apyvartinių lėšų, dėl išaugusių energijos kainų, poreikiui finansuoti. Grupė pažymi, kad iš 224 mln. eurų sudarytų kredito linijų, pagal susitarimą su AB SEB banku, Grupės dukterinė bendrovė UAB „Ignitis” grąžins AB SEB bankui anksčiau termino 104 mln. eurų paskolą, kuriai UAB „Ignitis” valdyba pritarė 2021 m. spalio 11 d. (). Paskola bus grąžinta artimiausiu metu, apie jos grąžinimą Grupė atskiru pranešimu neinformuos.

Abi sudarytos Sutartys yra įpareigojančios bei sudaromos 24 mėnesių terminui. Grupė pažymi, kad pagal Sutartį su SEB, kredito limitas gali būti padidintas 45 mln. eurų, o pagal Sutartį su OP, kredito linijos limitas gali būti padidintas 22,2 mln. eurų, esant Grupės ir finansinių įstaigų sutikimams. Šiomis Sutartimis yra nenumatyta papildomų įsipareigojimų įvykdymą užtikrinančių priemonių. Kitos paskolų sąlygos yra konfidencialios.

Sutartys bus pasirašytos artimiausiu metu, apie jų pasirašymą Grupė atskiru pranešimu neinformuos.
