Dėl AB „Ignitis grupė“ ketinimo sudaryti 75 mln. eurų kredito linijos sutartį

AB „Ignitis grupė“ (toliau – Grupė) informuoja, kad 2022 m. rugsėjo 6 d. Grupės valdyba pritarė ketinimui sudaryti 75 mln. eurų kredito linijos sutartį (toliau – Sutartis) su Luminor Bank AS.

Kredito linija bus skirta Grupės apyvartinių lėšų, dėl išaugusių energijos kainų, poreikiui finansuoti. Viso Grupės sudarytų kredito linijų su bankais suma, pasirašius šią Sutartį, sudarys 599 mln. eurų.

Sutartis yra įpareigojanti bei sudaroma 24 mėnesių terminui. Šia Sutartimi yra nenumatyta papildomų įsipareigojimų įvykdymą užtikrinančių priemonių. Kitos Sutarties sąlygos yra konfidencialios.

Sutartis bus pasirašyta artimiausiu metu, apie jos pasirašymą Grupė atskiru pranešimu neinformuos.
