„Ignitis grupė“ ir toliau užsitikrina trumpalaikį finansavimą

„Ignitis grupė“ ir toliau užsitikrina trumpalaikį finansavimą

AB „Ignitis grupė“ (toliau – Grupė) informuoja, kad 2023 m. spalio 17 d. Grupės valdyba pritarė ketinimui pratęsti 100 mln. eurų finansavimo sutartį (toliau – Sutartis) su Citibank N.A. London Branch) ir sudaryti naują 50 mln. eurų finansavimo sutartį (toliau – Nauja sutartis) su Citibank Europe plc.

Finansavimo sutartys bus naudojamos apyvartinio kapitalo poreikiams valdyti, užtikrinant Grupės likvidumą. Viso Grupės sudarytų kredito linijų su bankais suma, pasirašius šią Naują sutartį, sudarys 774 mln. Eurų.

Sutartis pratęsiama 18 mėnesių laikotarpiui. Naujos sutarties limitas yra neįpareigojantis ir neterminuotas. Nauja sutartimi nėra numatyta papildomų įsipareigojimų įvykdymą užtikrinančių priemonių.

Sutartys bus pasirašytos artimiausiomis dienomis, apie jų pasirašymą Grupė atskiru pranešimu neinformuos.

Pirminei Sutarčiai su Citibank N.A. London Branch Grupės valdyba pritarė 2023 m. balandžio 4 d. ().

Šiame pranešime pateikta informacija neturi įtakos Grupės koreguoto pelno prieš palūkanas, mokesčius, nusidėvėjimą bei amortizaciją (EBITDA) prognozei.
