„Ignitis grupė“ įsigijo vėjo jėgainių parko projektą Lenkijoje

„Ignitis grupė“ įsigijo vėjo jėgainių parko projektą Lenkijoje

„Ignitis grupės“ dukterinė įmonė „Ignitis renewables" pasirašė sutartį dėl 100 proc. įmonės, vystančios vėjo jėgainių parką Lenkijoje, akcijų įsigijimo. Įsigyto vystomo vėjo parko (Silezija 2) instaliuota galia sieks iki 137 MW. Projektas yra pažengusioje vystymo stadijoje, planuojama parko komercinės veiklos pradžia – 2024 m. antras pusmetis.

Turbinas naujajam vėjo jėgainių parkui tieks ilgametis „Ignitis Renewables" partneris, tarptautinis vėjo jėgainių komponentų gamintojas „Nordex". Preliminari bendra investicijų suma, įskaitant projekto įsigijimą ir statybos darbus, sieks apie 240 mln. eur. Naujasis vėjo jėgainių parkas veiks rinkos sąlygomis.

Akcijų įsigijimo sandorio užbaigimas, apie kurį „Ignitis grupė“ neinformuos atskirai, numatytas artimiausiomis dienomis. Vystomo vėjo jėgainių parko įsigijimas yra reikšmingas žingsnis įgyvendinant „Ignitis grupės“ siekį nuosekliai didinti Žaliosios gamybos projektų portfelį ir 2030 m. pasiekti 4 GW instaliuotą Žaliosios gamybos galią, kaip numatyta strategijoje ().
