„Ignitis grupė“ sudarė 60 mln. Eur finansavimo sutartį su Europos Rekonstrukcijos ir Plėtros Banku

AB „Ignitis grupė“ (toliau – Grupė) informuoja, kad 2025 m. birželio 2 d. pasirašė finansavimo sutartį su Europos Rekonstrukcijų ir Plėtros Banku dėl 60 mln. Eur paskolos (toliau – Paskola), skirtos dukterinės įmonės UAB „Ignitis“ įgyvendinamai viešojo greito elektromobilių įkrovimo tinklo plėtrai Baltijos šalyse, gavimo.

Paskola suteikiama 10 metų laikotarpiui. Kitos Paskolos sąlygos yra standartinės, taikomos korporatyviniam finansavimui.

Paskola skirta finansuoti iki 600 greito elektromobilių įkrovimo stotelių įrengimą Lietuvoje, Latvijoje bei Estijoje iki 2027 metų pabaigos. Prognozuojama, kad investicijos į šį projektą sieks apie 76 mln. Eur. Be to, šių projektų įgyvendinimui Grupė užsitikrino galimybę gauti iki 3,78 mln. eurų finansavimą pagal Europos infrastruktūros tinklų priemonės transporto programą „Alternatyviųjų degalų infrastruktūros priemonė“.

Grupė vysto lyderiaujantį elektromobilių įkrovimo tinklą Baltijos šalyse, prioritetą teikdama viešojo greito elektromobilių įkrovimo tinklo plėtrai. Pirmojo 2025 m. ketvirčio pabaigoje Baltijos šalyse Grupė buvo įrengusi 1 286 elektromobilių įkrovimo prieigas. 2024 m. visose Baltijos šalyse „Ignitis ON“ tinkle į elektromobilius įkrauta 4,6 GWh elektros energijos.

Šiame pranešime pateikta informacija neturi įtakos Grupės 2025 m. koreguoto pelno prieš palūkanas, mokesčius, nusidėvėjimą bei amortizaciją (EBITDA) ir Investicijų prognozėms.
