Informacija apie savų AB „Ignitis grupė“ paprastųjų vardinių akcijų anuliavimą

2022 m. rugpjūčio 9 d. juridinių asmenų registre įregistravus naują AB „Ignitis grupė“ (toliau – Grupė) įstatų redakciją (), pasibaigė Grupės įstatinio kapitalo mažinimo procedūra, kurios metu buvo anuliuotos, ryšium su po 2020 m. spalio 5 d. įvykdyto pirminio viešo akcijų siūlymo vykusiu stabilizavimu, Grupės įsigytos 1 894 797 vnt. savos paprastosios vardinės akcijos (toliau – PVA).

2022 m. rugpjūčio 9 d. duomenimis, Grupės įstatinis kapitalas yra lygus 1 616 445 476,80 Eur, kuris yra padalintas į 72 388 960 PVA. Vienos PVA nominali vertė yra 22,33 Eur.

Apie įstatinio kapitalo mažinimą Grupė skelbė 2022 m. gegužės 24 d. (), o plačiau susipažinti su Grupės savų PVA įsigijimu galima čia ().
