Pranešimai apie AB „Ignitis grupė“ valdybos narių sudarytas opciono sutartis

AB „Ignitis grupė“ (toliau – „Ignitis grupė“ arba Bendrovė) informuoja, kad 2020 m. gruodžio 18 d. gavo Bendrovės valdybos narių pranešimus apie sudarytus sandorius dėl Bendrovės vertybinių popierių (pridedama). Informacija apie šiuos pranešimus taip pat pateikta ir 2020 m. gruodžio 18 d. pranešime apie įmonių grupės pagrindinių vadovų sandorius ().

Bendrovės stebėtojų taryba 2020 gruodžio mėn. 4 d. patvirtino AB „Ignitis grupė“ įmonių grupės (toliau – Grupė) vadovų ilgalaikio skatinimo akcijų opcionais programos (toliau – Programa), ilgalaikius strateginius tikslus ir jų rodiklius 2020-2023 metams, jų pasiekimo vertinimo kriterijus, maksimalų siūlomų įsigyti vadovams akcijų skaičių ().

Programa numato neatlygintiną akcijų suteikimą 2024 metais, pasiekus Bendrovės stebėtojų tarybos patvirtintus ilgalaikius Grupės strateginius tikslus (rodiklius), susietus su 2020-2023 metų Bendrovės strateginiu planu.
