AB „Ignitis grupė“ valdyba pritarė naujo biuro nuomos sutarties pasirašymui

AB „Ignitis grupė“ (toliau – Bendrovė arba „Ignitis grupė“) praneša, kad 2020 m. spalio 27 d. Bendrovės valdyba pritarė naujo biuro nuomos sutarčiai (toliau – Sutartis) su Vastint Lithuania, UAB.

Bendrovė Vastint Lithuania, UAB plėtojamame biurų komplekse Business Garden Vilnius nuomosis iki 10 tūkst. kvadratinių metrų patalpas. Į jį antroje 2021 m. pusėje bus perkelti apie 1 tūkst. dukterinių bendrovių darbuotojų, šiuo metu dirbančių trijuose „Ignitis grupės“ nuomojamuose biuruose.

Rinkdama biuro nuomos konkurso laimėtoją, „Ignitis grupė“ atsižvelgė į ekonominio naudingumo kriterijus: pasiekiamumą viešuoju transportu, atstumą iki kitų Bendrovės padalinių, techninius parametrus ir darbuotojui tenkantį plotą.

Sutartį, kuri sudaroma siekiant optimizuoti „Ignitis grupės“ biuro patalpų panaudojimą, Bendrovė sudarys 10 metų. Bendra pirkimo pasiūlymo vertė siekia 19,840,200.00 eurų (be PVM), tačiau faktinė mokėtina suma iš esmės priklausys nuo to, kokio dydžio plotas bus nuomojamas sutarties vykdymo eigoje. Sutartis bus pasirašyta artimiausiu metu, apie jos pasirašymą Bendrovė atskiru pranešimu apie esminį įvykį neinformuos.
