ABO-Group: Uitbetaling kapitaalvermindering

Gent, 21 maart 2025 – 18.30 uur – Persbericht / Gereglementeerde informatie

Op 26 december 2024 keurde de Buitengewone Algemene Vergadering van ABO-Group Environment NV een vermindering van het kapitaal met € 993.461,09 goed, met als doel een uitkering aan de aandeelhouders te verwezenlijken, door terugbetaling op ieder aandeel van 1/10.568.735ste van het bedrag van de kapitaalvermindering. Dit komt neer op de betaling van een aandeelhoudersvergoeding van € 0,094 per aandeel, conform het positief advies van de Rulingcommissie verkregen door de Vennootschap.

De volgende data werden vastgesteld:

  • Ex-date op 21 maart 2025 - vanaf deze datum zullen de aandelen van de Vennootschap verhandeld worden op Euronext Brussels ex-coupon nr. 2;
  • De registratiedatum op 24 maart 2025; en
  • De betaaldatum op 25 maart 2025.

De uitbetaling van de kapitaalvermindering zal gebeuren door de Vennootschap voor nominatieve aandeelhouders en via de paying agent Belfius Bank voor houders van gedematerialiseerde aandelen en tegen voorlegging van coupon nr. 2.
