Oproeping tot Buitengewone Algemene Vergadering op 21 december 2023

De gedelegeerd bestuurder van ABO-Group Environment NV (de “Vennootschap”) heeft het genoegen de aandeelhouders van de Vennootschap uit te nodigen op de Buitengewone Algemene Vergadering die zal plaatsvinden op donderdag 21 december 2023 op zetel van notaris Frank Liesse te Kasteelpleinstraat 59, 2000 Antwerpen.  

Naast de goedkeuring van de statutenwijziging in het kader van het nieuwe Wetboek van Vennootschappen en Verenigingen (“WVV”) zal aan de aandeelhouders voorgesteld worden om over te gaan tot een kapitaalsvermindering ten belope van 1 miljoen euro (met name € 0,094 per aandeel), met als doel om een uitkering aan de aandeelhouders te verwezenlijken. Dit is de eerste keer in het 28-jarige bestaan van ABO-Group.
