Ageas reports on the progress of share buy-back programme

Further to the initiation of the share buy-back programme announced on 7 August 2019, Ageas reports the purchase of 68,436 Ageas shares on Euronext Brussels in the period from 27-04-2020 until 01-05-2020.

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 19 August 2019, Ageas has bought back 3,602,020 shares for a total amount of EUR 157,526,913. This corresponds to 1.82% of the total shares outstanding.
