Ageas and BlackRock: Transparency notification

 

In accordance with the rules on financial transparency*, BlackRock has notified Ageas on 6 November 2020 that, on 5 November 2020, its interest has exceeded the legal threshold of 5% of the shares issued by Ageas. Its current total shareholding stands at 5.11%.

Ageas 1H25 supports share rally, though valuation now stretched

Next to a few one-off elements that inflated the headline 1H25 numbers, Ageas noted some strong underlying drivers, leading to several guidance upgrades. Incorporating these elements in our SoTP, we land on a new TP of €62.
