Ageas achève son programme de rachat d’actions 2021-2022

Ageas a achevé le vendredi 29 juillet 2022 le programme de rachat d’actions annoncé le 11 août 2021. Entre le 1 septembre 2021 et le 29 juillet 2022, Ageas a procédé au rachat de 3.465.314 actions, représentant 1,83% du total des actions en circulation et un montant total d’EUR 150 millions.

Les 1.301.941 actions rachetées jusqu’au 31 décembre 2021 pendant le programme 2021-2022, ont été annulées suite à la décision de l’assemblée générale des actionnaires du 18 mai 2022. Ageas détient actuellement 2.092.148 actions auto-détenues, rachetées depuis le 31 décembre 2021, en tenant compte de la déduction des actions utilisées pour les plans d’actions attribués à des membres du senior management. Avec les autres actions déjà détenues par Ageas, le montant total des actions désormais détenues par Ageas s’élève à 3,21%.
