Pranešimas dėl 2024 m. audituotos metinės informacijos paskelbimo datos

Restruktūrizuojama AUGA group, AB, kodas 126264360, adresas Konstitucijos pr. 21C, Vilnius (toliau –  Bendrovė), praneša, kad metinę audituotą informaciją už 2024 metus planuoja paskelbti vėliausiai 2025 m. birželio 30 d.

Audituotos finansinės atskaitomybės dokumentų paskelbimo data pavėlinta dėl didelio Bendrovės ir jos grupės (toliau – Grupė) įmonių komandos krūvio, kylančio iš būtinybės nepertraukiamai ir nuosekliai teikti dokumentus ir informaciją, susijusius su Bendrovės ir jos Grupės finansiniais ir ekonominiais rodikliais, jų pokyčiais, Bendrovės ir Grupės veikla ir kt. 18-oje Grupės bendrovių restruktūrizavimo bylose. Svarbu ir tai, kad lygiagrečiai vyksta ir darbai su šių Grupės įmonių kreditoriais ir dalyviais dėl restruktūrizavimo planų rengimo, taip pat dėl būsimo jų svarstymo ir tvirtinimo. Be to, konkrečiai audito kontekste restruktūrizuojamos statusą turinčioms įmonėms atsiranda papildomas poreikis detaliau vertinti tarpgrupinius įsipareigojimus bei investicijas.

Kaip minėta ankstesniame šios dienos pranešime, šis audito ir kai kurių Grupės įmonių restruktūrizavimo procesų lygiagretus vykdymas yra laikinas. Pasibaigus restruktūrizavimo planų patvirtinimo etapui, Bendrovė dės maksimalias pastangas užtikrinti savalaikį informacijos investuotojams teikimą, aktualiai sekdama savo kaštų mažinimo programos tikslus.
