Pranešimas dėl 2024 m. konsoliduotos audituotos metinės informacijos paskelbimo vėlavimo

Restruktūrizuojama AUGA group, AB, kodas 126264360, adresas Konstitucijos pr. 21C, Vilnius (toliau – Bendrovė) dėl kompleksinių iš restruktūrizacijos proceso kylančių aplinkybių nukelia 2025 m. balandžio 30 d. planuotą audituotų 2024 m. metinių ataskaitų paskelbimą.

Esminės priežastys, lėmusios šį atidėjimą yra dvilypės. Restruktūrizavimo proceso metu įmonė susiduria su neeiline situacija. Ne viena, o 18 grupės įmonių šiuo metu yra skirtinguose restruktūrizacijos proceso etapuose, tai sukuria neproporcingai išaugusį procesų ir dokumentacijos valdymo ir ruošimo poreikį, reikalaujantį pagrindinių organizacijos žmogiškųjų išteklių įsitraukimo. Atitinkamai, įmonių grupė restruktūrizacijos proceso metu neturi galimybių išplėsti pagrindinių veiklos šakų komandų.

Bendrovės vertinimu, ši išaugusi procesų samplaika yra suvaldoma ir laikina. Pasibaigus restruktūrizavimo planų patvirtinimo etapui, Bendrovė užtikrins savalaikį informacijos teikimą.

Bendrovė ir toliau dės visas pastangas, kad konsoliduota audituota metinė informacija būtų paskelbta per ateinantį mėnesį bei kartu planuoja informuoti investuotojus apie eilinį visuotinį akcininkų susirinkimą ir jo darbotvarkę. Tikslesnės datos bus praneštos 2025 m. gegužės mėn.
