Įregistruota nauja AUGA group, AB įstatų redakcija bei įstatinio kapitalo padidinimas

2023 m. birželio 23 d. Juridinių asmenų registre buvo įregistruota nauja AUGA group, AB (toliau – „Bendrovė“) įstatų redakcija. Ši nauja Bendrovės įstatų redakcija buvo patvirtinta 2023 m. balandžio 28 d. vykusiame eiliniame visuotiniame Bendrovės akcininkų susirinkime, kartu priimant ir sprendimą padidinti Bendrovės įstatinį kapitalą 596 474,90 Eur suma, išleidžiant 2 056 810 naujų paprastųjų vardinių Bendrovės akcijų.

Naujai išleistas akcijas pasirašė Bendrovės ar su ja susijusių įmonių darbuotojai ir (ar) organų nariai, kurie 2020 m. buvo sudarę Bendrovės akcijų opciono sutartį ir atitinkamai 2023 m. pateikė Bendrovei pranešimą dėl pasinaudojimo opcionu. Akcijos yra visiškai apmokėtos Bendrovės lėšomis iš Bendrovės sudaryto rezervo savoms akcijoms suteikti.
