Listing prospectus for Aktia Bank Plc’s EUR 60 million Additional Tier 1 Notes available

Aktia Bank Plc (“Aktia”) announced the issuance of Additional Tier 1 unsecured fixed to fixed rate notes of EUR 60 million (the “Notes”) on 19 May 2021. The Notes bear a fixed interest at the initial rate of 3.875 per cent per annum.

The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has today on 26 May 2021 approved the listing prospectus for the Notes. The listing prospectus is available in English on Aktia’s website at . Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd is expected to admit the Notes to public trading as of 28 May 2021.

Nordea Bank Abp acts as the sole structuring advisor for the issue of the Notes. Danske Bank A/S and Nordea Bank Abp act as joint lead managers for the issue of the Notes.
