„Amber Grid“ (toliau - Bendrovė) praneša, kad 2020 m. birželio 22 d. UAB „EPSO-G“ audito komitetas (kuris veika ir kaip Bendrovės audito komitetas) pateikė nuomonę dėl Bendrovės dukterinės bendrovės UAB „GET Baltic“ (toliau - Dukterinė bendrovė) ketinamo sudaryti susitarimo su UAB „EPSO-G“ dėl 2019 m. kovo 31 d. EPSO-G ir Dukterinės bendrovės sudarytos tarpusavio skolinimo ir skolinimosi sutarties pakeitimo (toliau – Sandoris):



• Sandorio sudarymas atitinka rinkos sąlygas;

• Sandoris yra sąžiningas ir pagrįstas Bendrovės akcininkų, kurie nėra Sandorio šalis, atžvilgiu.



Sutarties sąlygų pasikeitimas yra nulemtas pasikeitusių rinkos sąlygų.
