Olulise osaluse muutus

Arco Vara AS teatab muudatusest olulist osalust omavate aktsionäride struktuuris.

14.jaanuaril 2026 teavitas Peeda OÜ Arco Vara AS-i, et on omandanud 1 215 000 Arco Vara AS aktsiat, mis vastab 7,0%-le ettevõtte aktsiakapitalist. Aktsiad omandati LUTHER FACTORY OÜ-lt.

Samal kuupäeval teavitas LUTHER FACTORY OÜ Arco Vara AS-i, et lisaks eeltoodule on 18. detsembril 2025 LUTHER FACTORY OÜ võõrandanud veel 348 000 aktsiat, mis vastab 2,0%-le Arco Vara AS aktsiakapitalist. Nimetatud aktsiate uueks omanikuks on TEMM CAPITAL OÜ.

Enne nimetatud tehinguid omasid LUTHER FACTORY OÜ ja LUTHER FACTORY HOLDING OÜ (mille enamusosanik on Triple Net Capital OÜ) kokku 4 880 000 aktsiat, mis vastas 28,10%-le Arco Vara AS aktsiakapitalist. Pärast nimetatud tehinguid omavad LUTHER FACTORY OÜ ja LUTHER FACTORY HOLDING OÜ kokku 19,10% Arco Vara AS aktsiakapitalist.

Tehingud olid börsivälised ning tehingu osapooled ei avalda tehinguhinda.

Käesolev teade avaldatakse kooskõlas väärtpaberituru seaduse § 185 ja § 187 nõuetega.
