Atos announces that its Universal Registration Document for the year 2022 was filed today, Friday April 21, 2023, with the French Financial Markets Authority (“AMF”) under number D.23-0321.

This document notably includes:

  • the 2022 annual financial report;
  • the corporate governance report;
  • the non-financial performance statement;
  • the description of the share buyback program; and
  • the reports from the statutory auditors.

This document is available on the Atos website () as well as on the AMF website ().
