Baltic Horizon Fond avaldab osaku puhasväärtuse 2024. aasta juuli seisuga

Baltic Horizon Fondi (Fond) osaku puhasväärtus (NAV) 2024. aasta juuli lõpu seisuga on 0,8028 eurot osaku kohta (30. juuni 2024: 0,8058). Fondi kogu puhasväärtus on 96,0 miljonit eurot (30. juuni 2024: 96,4 eurot). EPRA NRV 2024. aasta juuli lõpu seisuga on 0,8507 eurot osaku kohta.

Fond teenis 2024. aasta juulis konsolideeritud puhast renditulu 1,0 miljonit eurot (30. juuni 2024: 1,1 miljonit eurot). Juulikuu jooksul sõlmis Fond uusi rendilepinguid ligikaudu 1 200 m2 pinnale, enamik neist asub Northstar ärihoones. Rentnikute hulka kuuluvad Edrana Baltic, Maisto Bankas ja Anteja.

2024. aasta juuli lõpus moodustas Fondi konsolideeritud raha ja raha ekvivalendid 4,8 miljonit eurot (30. juuni 2024: 5,4 miljonit eurot). 2024. aasta juuli alguses lunastas Fond ennetähtaegselt võlakirjade lühiajalise osa summas 8,0 miljonit eurot. 31. juuli 2024 seisuga Fondi konsolideeritud varade kogumaht on 250,1 miljonit eurot (30. juuni 2024: 250,2 miljonit eurot).
