Jūratė Gaspariūnienė valiti Northern Horizon Capital AS uueks juhatuse liikmeks

Baltic Horizon Fondi fondivalitseja Northern Horizon Capital AS teatab, et Northern Horizon Capital AS uueks juhatuse liikmeks valiti Jūratė Gaspariūnienė ametiaja alguskuupäevaga 1. detsembril 2024.

Uue juhatuse liikme valimine on seotud Edvinas Karbauskase juhatusest lahkumisega, millest teavitati turgu 30. aprillil 2024.

Jūratė Gaspariūnienė liitus Northern Horizon grupiga 2021. aasta jaanuaris ning juhtis sellest ajast kogu jaeportfelli Baltikumis. 2024. aastal sai ta Baltikumi ja Baltic Horizon Fondi portfelli varahalduse juhiks. Enne seda on Jūratė töötanud ärikinnisvara sektoris MC GRUPĖ tegevjuhina, ärikinnisvara varahaldurina, jaemüügioperatsioonide juhina Newsec'is, kinnisvara- ja ärihindamisteenuste pakkujas ning keskusejuhina ärikinnisvarateenuste pakkujas CBRE.

Jūratė ülesandeks on jätkuvalt kinnisvarahalduse ja muude kinnisvaraga seotud teenuste korraldamine ja järelevalve.

Alates 1. detsembrist 2024 koosneb Northern Horizon Capital AS juhatus järgmistest liikmetest: Tarmo Karotam (juhatuse esimees), Aušra Stankevičienė ning Jūratė Gaspariūnienė.
