Mise à jour relative au Programme de Rachat d’Actions

Le , Bekaert a annoncé le début de la septième tranche de son programme de rachat d'actions pour un montant total maximum de € 30 millions (la septième tranche). Toutes les actions rachetées dans le cadre du Programme seront annulées. Le but du Programme est de réduire le capital social émis de la société.

Bekaert annonce aujourd'hui qu'au cours de la période allant du 31 août 2023 au 6 septembre 2023, Kepler Cheuvreux a acheté pour le compte de Bekaert 45 023 actions.
