Programme de Rachat d’Actions

Le , Bekaert a annoncé un programme de rachat d'actions de € 120 millions (le "Programme"). Le Programme a été divisé en quatre tranches égales de € 30 millions. Toutes les actions achetées dans le cadre du Programme seront annulées. Le but du Programme est de réduire le capital social émis de la société. Le quatrième et dernière tranche du Programme a débuté le 2022.

Bekaert annonce aujourd'hui qu'au cours de la période allant du 2 février 2023 au 8 février 2023, Kepler Cheuvreux a acheté pour le compte de Bekaert 77 132 actions.

Contrat de liquidité

Dans le cadre du contrat de liquidité reconduit avec Kepler Cheuvreux annoncé le , Bekaert annonce aujourd'hui que Kepler Cheuvreux a acheté 1 600 actions pour le compte de Bekaert durant la période comprise entre le 2 février 2023 et le 8 février 2023 sur Euronext Bruxelles. Au cours de la même période, Kepler Cheuvreux a vendu 6 500 actions pour le compte de Bekaert sur Euronext Bruxelles.
