Purchase and sale of shares in the context of the liquidity agreement

In the context of the liquidity agreement entered into by Bekaert with Kepler Cheuvreux on 2 September 2021 (see press release of ), Bekaert announces today that Kepler Cheuvreux on behalf of Bekaert has bought 15 298 shares during the period from 14 October 2021 to 20 October 2021 on Euronext Brussels. During the same period, Kepler Cheuvreux on behalf of Bekaert has sold 13 610 shares on Euronext Brussels.

The balance held by Bekaert under the liquidity agreement at the end of the period is 92 059 shares. On 20 October 2021 after closing of the market, Bekaert owns 3 241 419 own shares out of 60 446 061 issued shares (or 5.36 % of all outstanding shares).
