(NASDAQ:BELFA) and (NASDAQ:BELFB) today announced that the Board plans to adjourn its 2020 Annual Shareholders’ meeting that was scheduled for May 19, 2020.  Upon its adjournment, the annual shareholder meeting is expected to be reconvened virtually by remote communication on June 10, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. ET.
