(OTC: HCGS), announced today that Paul Sparkes, Board Chair, has resigned from the Board effective Tuesday, October 23, 2018. The Board wishes to thank Paul for his guidance over the years. Francis Michaud, currently serving as CEO, will be named interim Chair.
