Casino, Guichard-Perrachon S.A. (Euronext Paris : CO ; ISIN : FR001400OKR3) (« Casino ») informe ce qui suit : Euronext Paris a informé Cnova N.V. (ISIN : NL0010949392) (« Cnova ») et Casino que la demande de radiation des actions Cnova a été approuvée : la radiation sera effective à la date de réalisation du Rachat Obligatoire (prévu le 20 juin 2025).

Il est fait référence aux communiqués de presse de Casino concernant la procédure de Rachat Obligatoire des actions Cnova (i) du 17 octobre 2024, (ii) du 12 février 2025 ainsi que (iii) celui du 31 mars 2025 par lequel Casino a informé que Cnova avait, en coordination avec Casino, initié une procédure de radiation auprès d’Euronext Paris et a indiqué tenir informés les actionnaires de Casino de l’évolution de la décision d’Euronext Paris., dans le contexte de la procédure de rachat obligatoire des actionnaires minoritaires de Cnova, mettant en œuvre le jugement rendu par la Chambre des Entreprises de la Cour d'appel d'Amsterdam, Pays-Bas du 11 février 2025 (le « Rachat Obligatoire »).
